What Are Some Easy Ways To Use Up Extra Food?

I have a ton of extra food kicking around that I really want to use up, but most of the recipes I find require me to buy a lot of other products. So I'm looking for easy ways to use up my surplus before things start going bad. I'd hate to throw it all away, especially as that seems to be money down the toilet.
Recipes, tips, anything at all is fine. I'd like to clear out some room in my pantry and freezers.

I agree caseroles and soups are really good to use up things.
Chicken, just baked in a pan with carrots and potatoes and maybe a half cup of water + your fav seasoning is good.
You can do variations of chicken salad (or anything you like the taste of mixed with mayo and noodles)
Beef roasts you can bake or throw in the crock pot with a pkg of onion soup alone or with some veggies usually celery, carrots, or potatos
Cube up some roast or similar meats and you can make a stir fry with some fresh or frozen veggies with noodles or you could make stew from cubed meat as well.

Good idea about the baked chicken...I could use up some of my stock that way too. I am definitely writing all these ideas down! Thanks for your response. :)

If you lots of extra food then mix them up and make recipe of that. If you cook this recipe properly with fair amount of water then may be your tongue get new taste today.

Soups, stews and casseroles are good ways to get rid of a bunch of stuff at one time. It's really hard to make suggestions when I don't know what you have...and when I'm not really that creative when it comes to cooking...but that's what I do with leftovers. Or make a sauce.

I have a ton of frozen meat, especially chicken. Canned, fresh and frozen veggies, rice, pasta, cheese, fruit, the list goes on and on! Is there anything in particular you recommend? Or just toss whatever into a pan? Thanks for your response!

If you cannot sovle the problems by yourself, why not invite someone else to help you?I mean that you can manage the food and buy something else to prepare a little dinner then invite your close friend to eat with you.You can use up your extra food and have a good time with your friends at the same time by this way.

I can't have anyone over right now, but this is definitely a GREAT tip for later in the spring! :) Thanks for your response!

I have added cheeses to things like scrambled eggs, pasta sauce, sprinkled it on top of pasta. I also make my own macaroni and cheese. Anything in particular you would recommend? Thanks for your response!
