If what you mean that ciao.com it's a scam... Then maybe you are true... 3 weeks ago before their login page was removed, i was redeeming my money. And they said that i have to wait until date 15. But i don't see my balance increase at my PayPal account. And i had contact their support... But no respond at all. Too bad for a famous paying sites.
