I bought a new cell phone three days ago,
but today it was broken down.
oh my god!what a good quality it has?
i called the customer service number,
but they say,it is impossible a new phone could have such probloms?
I will punish those guys,so annoying!

Just because it is a new cell phone doesn't mean it won't have problems. If it does have problems that means the phone is defective and they should either give you a replacement or try to see what the problem is with the phone. Don't let them get away with telling you something like that. You paid your money for a good phone and don't accept anything less. I would be talking to a manager and if I didn't get any satisfaction there I would go over his head. A person works hard for their money and when you buy a product it should work right.

How about going back to the dealer where you bought the cell phone to address your issue here?
I remember your country has a policy where the dealers will need to acknowledge and exchange phones found defective and returned without any acts of negligence and abuse.
So stop being annoyed and get up from your seat to that phone dealer of yours now!

I will not let them do this .
they always claimed how best the phone is ,they are taking nonsense .

Well, you have another few days before deadline and would really suggest that you hurry to take the faulty phone back to the dealer.
Talk is cheap but the phone ain't. Worst it's not worth the price you paid for.
