Of course, it is hard to avoid to be angry and other negative mooding. And I think it is not good to try hard to pretend peaceful, we need a way to release your depression.
We can choose some good way to release them such as doing exercise, palying games and so on. If ur depression are release you may not get angry so easy.

always try to avoid being angry ,always there are lots of people make you do that .
being happy is quite important for a woman like me :)

Hi, I think you need to understand/love the people that made you angry. The feeling of being angry will always be there but if you practice being understanding and loving the people around you..soon the angry feeling in you will be reduced.

We have to be live this earth so happy rather than angry so angry makes man mad so that's what i can say so we feel sometimes but balance those one is good than anything.

Its okay to be angry, its a healthy emotion. Just watch out though, anger turns a hand into a fist.

It is human to be angry if something or someone makes you unhappy. That is not where the problem lies with anger. Where it lies is how you handle the anger. Do you scream and hollar when you get angry. That is not a good way to handle it. I used to do that and it accomplishes nothing. Now when I get angry I move myself away from the situation or person so that I can calm down and than when I calm myself I go back and deal with whatever has made me angry.

I wont try to hide myslef from it .
if i was unhappy ,i will try to cry .
release all my anger .

That is a good way to release the anger. It will release the anger and make you feel better.
