My toddler son is now 22 months old. So far in his life I have taken him to Portugal when he was aged 4 months, to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia when he was aged 13 months and when he was aged 20 months to South Africa. Next year I am planning to take him to Canada. I bought a very lightweight travel cot. It is a fold up one that packs up quite small. I purchased something that I used to sterilize two of his baby bottles at a time. I took formula soya milk and baby food that was easy to carry. I packed a few toys for him to take to South Africa. I found that he liked seeing a few familiar things from home. I put a sunshade on his pushchair. I took sun cream to South Africa which I applied on him every day. My son flew with me for 12 hours to get to South Africa. He was so well behaved on the flights we have been on. Good luck traveling with your baby.

Nice to know you and your son have those great trip together.I believe you are a good mum since you tool your little one to so many places which is good for him.And you do have a good son who can fly with you 12 hours, that's a long trip, which is not easy for a infant to stand. I hope my little one also can have a good trip with me to her grandparents'place.

Well, first of all select a convenient mode of travel.Confirm your tickets. Then start packing all the necessary things for your trip. Before that, write down a list of things so that you won't miss anything important.Apart from dress materials, also take some important medicines for your baby. Also take his little bed with which he will sleep comfortable wherever he is.Think over the climate of your husband's home town and pack things considering that too.Cheers!
