What do you do with your faded clothes? How do you get rid of your faded clothes? Do you still wear your faded clothes? Or do you discard them right away ? How do you treat the faded clothes anyways ? I generally tend to wear the faded clothes to the work place as I can not just throw away the same. My clothes are really expensive and so I feel like wearing them again and again despite their faded colors!!lol!!

Unless it is something that is totally threadbare looking, or has a lot of holes, or severely stained I am one that when something starts looking a little old I usually will either find someone else who might benefit from it, give the item to a Thrift Store, or sell it myself at one of our yard sales. For me, if it can be reused even by someone else it is truly worth considering. And if still one of my favorites I continue to wear it until it gives out as well.

I don't do anything with them. I continue to wear them as usual. I will wear them for rougher activities than some of my nicer things, if they're in otherwise terrible shape, but otherwise...no change.
It doesn't matter to me.

All of my clothes fade so quickly. I don't know why and I hate that because clothes cost me too much. I usually don't wear faded clothes to work, sometimes I give them to my neighbors or I wear them at home. Is there any one know how to prevent clothes fading? Thanks in advance!

I have been rumaging through a lot of old things lately hunting for old cloths. I have recemtly lost some weight and find that some of the old cloths fit me again. I recently bought a ladder and want to wear old cloths when I try to paint the house. The house has not been painted in many years. I would not want to wear good cloths when I paint, since I have have a big problem of sometimes putting more paint on me than I put on the house. I am a messy painter. Yes, i like my faded old cloths.

Hey there! I would usually give my faded clothes to charity depending on whether or not I could use them again. I don't really like wearing faded shirts in public because they don't look nice. I do have shirts that are faded but I only use them at home.

i try to give them away to people who doesnot mind wearing faded cloths, those who cannot afford to buy new cloths all the time.like my maid, sweeper, Gardner, the woman who empties our dust bins-they accept the cloths i give to them.every year i give away three or four sarees, my children's dresses,my husband's pant shirt.recently there is an offer in a shopping mall called- big bazaar for discarded items.they offered to buy our useless things by the weight.they gave discount coupons in return.we again filled up our house with some other kind of trash, that's a different thing.most of the time i give our cloths away.

hahahaha, i guess people tend to get attached to their stuff especially when you've had them with you for quite a long time. Usually i'd recycle them, donate them or something, cz i haven't really had clothes that are of a high sentimental value to me... haha, but there are some old stuff that i had since i was a child and so those stuff can NEVER be thrown away..

I usually donate them but in case of jeans i use it as a style statement after making some alterations.

I usually wear my faded clothes at home so my new and good ones will be preserve and use it only when going out. Sometimes i used my faded clothes when working at the backyard or just simply doing nothing at home. I just change good ones when i plan to go outside. However there are also times that i like to wear fade clothes like jeans when going out depends really on my mood.

If these are tshirts, I would wear them in the house, or use them as rags. But if these are working clothes, and they are still in good condition (no tears or wears, just faded colors), I would pack them up and send them to the charity homes.

I never really have had any clothes become really faded. My closet at school probably has at like about 100 shirts lined up all colored coded and everything and there might be 3-4 that are beginning to get lighter. Because of the amount of clothes I buy I only wear the same shirt once a month at most so by the time they get faded I've normally decided I'm not into the style anymore or its time to get rid of clothes. I normally give them to my younger sister if she really wants the clothes or I donate them to Amvets.
