Can you keep your cool?

Hello laydee. There are times when we cannot find ourselves very calm facing something that annoys us. Usually when such an unhappy thing happens, I try to keep myself calm without losing my temper walking away from the situation for some other activities to distract my attention. Didn't you hear about the quote: Girls are hot nd boys are cool. So, I don't need to do anything fancy even if the situation is not cool because we boys are cool by birth. It is the girls who need to buy some cool because they are already hot so, it would be difficult for them to maintain their brain,

It can be very hard to keep your cool in some situations and if it is in home i usually let it out by yelling or bashing the next thing i get my hands on!!!!....Oh man, that is very releiving, i tell you, it actually feels good (thats when my parents are'nt around..hehehehe).Some times , to blow of the steam i listen to some really aggressive music or play computer games...

many a times i cant do that , but sometimes i just controll it , like sometimes when someone slaps me , i think of happy times. i think of the person that helped me the most . also i take deep breath and stay clam , this comes from practise , it is not like one day u get up and forget all ur anger.
