I think most times the referrals we refer doesn't have full confidence to reach payout. I think we should help them to reach payout by motivating them and taking part in their referrals. What you do to motivate your referrals and how do you help your referrals to reach payout?

I do not have any referrals, and I suppose the rules that one has to work to get payment and write quality decisions is the way I would do it. I mean I have seen many here when I look at their profiles says, "so and so has not started any discussions" or "so and so has not responded," or "so and so has not had any activity for the last 60 days." Now I know that some people go on vacations, but even if you went on a cruise, you could get at a computer and myLot for a little while and if you are sick, you can still get on at least once a week.

I have to really get down to write and get things done, but do not have that much time to do it. Besides my computer is dying and I am not used to the laptop. I find that often I hit the wrong key, I erase part of what I write by mistake, put the words in the wrong order, so a sentence that is supposed to say "I believe that we have to find out what he meant

Actually my referrals are not active:) So I can't help them to reach the payout. But if they ever have questions about the earning website, I would like to explain to them so that they may be interested in them.

I do not have any active referral right now, but I hope I will be able to find some good referrals in the future. I think it is hard sometimes to keep the referrals active. I think it is good to explain the referrals and make them interested so tha they can be active.

There's not a lot you can do except support their discussions, introduce them to your friends, and perhaps set up some sort of competition with them, to see who can reach the highest amount by deadline. You could also encourage them with getting their own referrals, which would give them a bit of a leg-up with their monthly targets.
Brightest Blessings, my friend.

I have five referrals but only one is active. When she posts a discussion I imediately leap over and respond giving her the chance to comment back and Iwould then comment again.
I do not know any of my referrals personally so I doubt they even realise I am their upline. If I had a friend or a relation in my downline then it would be much easier to help them out but I have none - yet

I ask my referrals to mail me after joining as my referral in any program I promote. I usually show them my latest payment proofs in the respective programs, I tell them to get referral by promoting their referral link across the internet. I share my experience with them, by updating latest happening in the programs they have joined under me. I used to update my web page regularly about payment proofs, change in rules etc. If you join as my referral, all you need to do is just follow my web page, When I find some sites are not paying, Immediately I post the message in my web page, so they can immediately stop working on that particular site. I am sure my referrals are happy.

I agree with you in this regard.Having referrals is a good motivating factor. It helps you to reach the payout more faster. If I had one,I will certainly guide him in this regard. But,I don't have any referrals right now. But still I reached my first payout some months back. Its certainly very hard to earn.
