How to keep lips moisturize?

Dear joann, Actually where I live is a very dry city. So it's very hard to keep my lip moisturized. So I always try a lot on it. Firstly, it is very important to drink a lot of water, perhaps so-called eight cups enough. Secondly, before sleeping each night, do not forget to use lipstick. Thirdly, it is a must to choose the right lipstick brand. I like to use Lancome, M.A.C, and Nivea. Besides, increase your using times. So if you insist on it, maybe it will be effective.

my lips also often used to dry up and it started to chap so instead of using any lipgloss or lips balm I prefer to used antiseptic cream..

well im not a female so i dont use lipstick or lip gloss , but we mens use lip guard and lip bam , they dont contain any cosmetic components , they r just a petroleum jelly , that is made for applying on lips . may be u can try them .
