women who enjoy drinking coffee may be lowering their risk of suffering a stroke .women who drank five to seven cups of coffee a week were 12% less likely to have a stoke than were those who downed just one cup a month. so what do u think about this?

yes i agree wid u born1989 dat drinking coffee can reduce stroke risk problems in women not becoz it has caffiene in it, but due to certain Anti-oxidants present in coffee.Due to the presence of dis anti-oxidants it helps in lowering inflammation n improving blood vessel function.. but dis is the case for healthy people. rather unhealthy people(suffering from insomnia, anexiety, high blood pressuren cardiac complications) must try to avoid it.
