People Sometimes Ask me If Jim Carrey Is The Funniest Actor In The world....
Personally I think He Is Very Funny, But The Funniest In the World??? Maybe....
There Are Probably Many Funny Actors In The World, But Jim Carrey Is On My top 5 List bout' Funniest Actors In The World.....

Jim Carrey is indeed funny, but not moreso than Robin Wiiliams, John Belusi or, dare I drift so far back, Jerry Lewis..

Yes... Jim Carrey is the funniest actor in the world... for me! BTW I think he is the most fantastic and most talented actor in the world. Jim makes me smile even on the pic's! :))

He is funny but I wouldn't consider him to be the funniest actor in the world. There are other comedian actors with their own style that makes them funny, either equally or beyond Jim Carey's style. Then again it does depend on the style, so no actor is more or less unless it's the same style of comedy.
