if your boss blame you ,will you argue with him?

today my boss have blamed me ,and i feel very shamed,and i can't help to dip,i hate that .but i can't stop me to dipping.and at that time i really want to say i would like to dimission.but at last i haven't say,do you have the same experience?waht would you do?

My Boss have blamed me few times. I have never felt shame,But I feel angry, then I will start arguing with him. He blame me for somebody else mistake or something which I am not responsible. I have the thought of quitting at the time itself. But after coming to my place and I will take a deep breath and say" It's part of Job". Then again I will go to Boss's place when he is in good mood, I will explain that fault is not mine. Now he understand the situation. Problem is Solved.

hehe ,we have the similar experience,yes .life such a thing,we have to face it ,and sometimes .we have no choice.so ,to be stronger,we can do it better.do you think so !
