Hi everyone, I am looking for a good book to read. I have finished reading the books I bought and now I am looking for a new book to read to pass my free time. Anyone could recommend me books that you like or great books to buy. Thanks in advance.

What kind of books do you like reading? It actually depends on what kind you read, but one of the books that I always suggest people to read is Tuesdays with Morrie. I don't know if you've read that one, but it's about a professor and a student who met after long years, and the professor is slowly dying of an illness. On the last months of the professor they meet every Tuesday and shared life stories and lessons.

I like non-fiction books. I also like books that are similar to Robert Kiyosaki's book.

George RR Martin's A song of Ice and Fire. Absolutely the best if you're into fantasy fiction. But if you're into Young Adult fiction, try Artemis Fowl. It's a good series

The last book I read was an excellent read, then again depends on what you like to read, the name of the book is, 'The Shack' by William P. Young. It makes you think about many things in real life.

Well if you're into fiction I suggest any book by John Grisham or Nelson Demille. If you like westerns, then I suggest Ralph Cotton books. Non-fiction, I've just read a couple of Joel Osteen's books. Joel Osteen is a great motivator.

I am currently reading a book by Robert Kiyosaki "Guide to Investing". It's great! But maybe you'd like to start with "Rich Dad Poor Dad". I love his books because it inspires me to think big and think rich :)

I am a fan of Robest Kiyosaki's books. I have his "Cashflow Quadrant", "Guide to Investing", "Retire Young, Retire Rich", "Why We want you to be Rich" and so on. His books are nicely written and easy to understand.

well, you can't just ask for book recommendations without telling us what kind of books you like I read through your comments and find you prefer non-fiction books to fiction and I mostly can only recommend fiction books - science fictions books to be more exact. however, if you have any interest in volcanos, I read a good one called Volcanos and human history http://www.amazon.com/Volcanoes-Human-History-Far-Reaching-Eruptions/dp/0691050813 really good book or one called Noah's Flood http://www.amazon.com/Noahs-Flood-Scientific-Discoveries-Changed/dp/0684810522

I am an avid reader, so Fiction I would suggest James Patterson or John Grisham. Romance I would highly suggest Sherrilyn Kenyon, I have just started reading her books and I love them. Thrillers Ted DEkker and Frank Peretti they are Christian based but it isn't like preachy. Or you could go with the good old classics and read Thing Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe

Well, Bible stories is the only book I can recommend you. The stories are true and it is really good to read. It is exciting to know how people in the olden days survive.. In this book you would be able to understand God's guidance, love and blessings given to all even if we are all sinners.

Dewey - Dewey the library cat. Pick up the book "Dewey" to read about this amazing cat that turned a failing library around and put their town on the map. Very heartwarming and very sweet story.
Depending on what you like, I find the Twilight series books by Stephenie Meyer really good. There are 4 in the series. Also, Nicholas Sparks has a good set of books out. There is also one I got finished reading not too long ago called "Dewey" about a library that adopts a cat that someone stuffed in the book return slot of their library.

Hello MysticTomatoes, I still need to read the Twilight series, but I agree... Nicholas Sparks is GREAT! The first book I read by him was Dear John. That was the first book I had ever read that I had BAWLED my eyes out while reading it! He is SUCH a great emotional writer!

Hello sdas86, I have 2 words for you... Janet Evanovich... or 3 words... Stephanie Plum Series. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich! It starts with One FOr THe Money and continues on to Finger Lickin' Fifteen coming out in June with 4? holiday books in between some of the numbers. Stephanie is a funny, clutzy, sexy bounty hunter with OH SO SEXY Officer Hottie Joe Morelli and dark and mysterious sexy bounty hunter Ranger. Then there are other crazy 'cast members' that come into each book, including Stephanie's whack-job Grandmother Mazur. If you've never read these books, you have NO idea what you are missing! Each book is full of humor, suspense, mystery, romance, oozing sexy, pee your pants laughing... the ULTIMATE book! Fran429
