What is the nature of a true friend?

A friend in need is a friend indeed. So goes the saying. But how to find a real friend? Do we have the luck to find one? Or do you need to have lkuck to find one? All these questions prop up in one's mind when one thinks about friendship. \what do you think should be the nature of a true friend?

I only have one best friend and honestly believe that we can only have one true friend.There is a difference between having friends and having best friends. I believe you can only have one best friend, but many friends, which I do have many friends, but only one best one.My best friend is my partner.It is very difficult to get a best friend and every one look money for creating friendship.If we have enough money,so many friends gathered around us and make use of us for their advantage.A real friend can understand all our problems and help us in all our difficulties.A friend in need is a friend indeed.

you'll know a true/real friend when you get to know someone. you'll just know! a good friend will be there for you unconditionaly, will not use you, will cry on your shoulder but also let you cry on their shoulder! i think a good friend should be like marriage, 50/50. each has to contribute to it equally. :)
