Til oil or sesame oil is good for health ,but nowadays the cost of all cooking oils is increased so much !!!!We do not eat oily food so it is o.k. to use til oil !!! Olive is the best but it is so castly and rare !various constituents present in sesame oil have anty oxidant and anty depressant properties.it is a remedy for toothaches and gum diseases. So sesame oil is reputed to have a number of therapeutic uses !!!!!

I use olive oil. It is good for your health. If I'm deep frying like onion rings I use crisco oil.I don't deep fry often I usually stir fry.

I use 100% sunflower oil except for those recipes that call for olive oil such as apetizers like mushrooms or peppers fried in olive oil or eggplant chutney.

I prefer organic coconut oil. It is a very good oil for cooking at high heat, up to 350 degrees F. I prefer my coconut oil to be cold pressed as in any of the oils I use. That method keeps the nutrients of the oil intact because it's structure is not changed by heating.
I also like the coconut oil for a daily moisturizer for my skin. It is wonderful to just take a little and rub it into my skin.
The next oil I would like to check out is hemp oil. It would be interesting to see what it's heat point is also.
