What do you like about rainny days?

I love when it rains hard enough, everything outside is so still and quiet. Nobody is outside and all you really hear is a few cars going by..I just love the sound of a car going over the wet streets..its so relaxing..I love it when it rains because it seems like I do my best thinking and sleeping..I wish I lived somewhere and it just rained all the time. I wouldn't have any complaints...

I came from a tropical country so it is really hot here every summer so when the rainy days come it really make me feel so comfortable staying at home but there is one thing that i hate in rainy season, some of my countrymen's house are destroyed by floods and some of them are killed too. It is comfortable in our place because the flood cannot reach us.

Everything. I enjoy a good shower because it freshens the Earth. It is fun to hear the patter on the roof and hear thunder and lightning. It is also a neat feeling afterwards as if you have a whole new start or take on things after the rain is through. They help the new spring flowers to come up and helps everything smell fresh and new. And what about the rainbow afterwards? What of that?

HI Flowfire. For me rainny days, I can sleep. Its like I took a sleeping pill. Then on the other hand, I like when it rains on hot summer day and it cools things off. Espically when you cut the grass and then it rain the scent of the nice fresh grass. Right now where I live its been raining the last two days, but not steady. Have a good day Flowfire.

In the summer rains I like to go out and just soak in the rain, feel the freshness of the air as it clears. Jump, splat, run, jump, splat in the puddles.. lol I taught my girls to play in the rain..:)

i hate rainy days from the bottom of my heart,because when i have something important things to do,then it rains,it let me feel very uncomfortable~ can you imagine my mood?

that fresh cut grassy smell, and the smell comming off the road like it's cleaning time, damp leaves, and wet dark dirt smell.

Rainy days are always good for a movie in the couch with good friends or the ones you love.
