Banner impressions

Hi Everyone. I do not understand at all about these banner impressions. I joined EastHits4U and got paid twice. I have all these banner impressions accumlated, and I have no clue how I go about using them for credit. Do you have to have a website of your own. If you do I do not have one. I just started a couple months ago, on trying to make some money on the pc, its all really new to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank to all responses.
