NovoBux - Scam Already ?

Does anyone know if NovoBux has turned into a scam already ? I only joined there last week after hearing some good comments about this site and then the last couple of days have found it imposiible to access this site. Surely it hasn't turned a scam so soon, this has got to be a record if it has, normally they last a while to give them time to suck as much money in as they can, before disappearing.
