i like tea but i am not addicted to it.it has got many benefits over coffee.i dont have much, seldom i savour it.Tea has many advantages.
it provides anti-oxidants to the body and relieves from stress.and also it relieves from headache and makes one energetic.
i dont have tea daily, but i have it frequently, when i feel lethargic.

Same here! :)
I really enjoy drinking tea because it's soothing and refreshing. Personally, while there may be some who dislike it, I really don't know anyone who hates it. After all, come to think of it, why would one hate such a delightful beverage?

hihi..i love tea too!!
definitely love it much more than coffee!!
i have tried drinking 4 cups at one time..
but there is some after-effect..
my mouth and lips feel very dry after that..
i guess it is because tea has a dehydrating effect..

Hello friend. Welcome to myLot, dear new friend.
I love to drink tea very much. Every day I drink cups of tea ever since my morning work. Tea makes me feel good and wide awake. I drink different kinds of tea, green tea, black tea, white tea, but I drink more of green tea and white tea. I think that tea is a very healthy drink for us. I cannot help loving it.
Happy myLotting.

Love tea very much i use to drink i morning or when i am tried i use to have a cup of tea which makes me feel better . And i also drink tea when i am preparing for exam so that i can concentrate well. We can drink tea twice a day.It is advised that we should not over drink tea as it will affect our health. Some people are just addicted to tea . They cant live without drinking tea. It should be avoided.

I know a friend who hates tea. She had been drinking tea since her childhood. Unfortunately, she contacted some urinary tract problems and she said it is caused by too much tea drinking. Since then, she never drinks tea any longer.
I'm not sure if her claim of tea-caused infection is medically proven. I may have to search it on the net sometime.
