How can you get back an ex-lover

There are circumstances that relationships no matter how strong they have become fail because because the two persons who are sharing them no longer want to be committed to the other person. Some feel that it is already an obligation to stay in love with the other so they break free to liberate themselves from the responsibility. Yet there are some others who try their very best to get their lovers back. But how can you get back an ex-lover?

I don't exactly know how.... I still loved my ex boyfriend, I want him back and now i'm thinking up how to turn out things better.
