Do you often chat with your parents?

I live with my husband in an apartment. My parents are in the same town with me I do go to my mum's house every week, the least is once a week to catch up with her on things and chat with her. My husband would chat and talk to his mum on the phone at least once a week or fortnightly as his parent's are living in another town about 4 hours drive away. It is good to keep in touch and chat with our parents regardless whether they may be lonely or not. Maintaining communication and connection with our parents is a must and this practise is fast depleting in our modern technology age now.

Yes, especially with my mom. We usually chat about almost anything during lunch or dinner. While watching television, we would listen to eachother's comments about something that is just shown like showbiz or politics or just about anything. Sometimes we would talk about her vacation because she travels from time to time and i want to hear what she's been up to with our aunts with whom she's staying. I heard they had a great fun back in Malaysia when our aunt from states treat them for a vacation. We usually chat everyday.

My parents have ZERO knowledge on technology....They are the types who are content with what they know. My mom only learned to text a few years ago when I gave her my phone. My dad is a basket case. LOL! He only knows how to call a cellphone by using the landline... via the operator!LOL!

I live quite a way away from my parents, but I talk to them at least once a week. I call them to share good news, to talk about my problems and frustrations, and just to say hello and see how they are doing. When I lived closer to them, I would still call all of the time, and I would go visit them whenever I could.

i dont always chat with my parents online. but i do speak with them in person alot. just whenever i get the chance to i do.
