Do you know your benefits as an employee?

Hi there. I've been working for my current employer for the past year and a half but it was only a few weeks ago that I discovered that we could actually go for a consultation with our firm's medical retainer for free. I've actually been wanting to have my check-up for a while but had no means to do so (i.e. low salary + huge debt + other financial obligations). Now, I regret not reading the employee manual sooner.
Anyway, how about you guys? Do you actually know all your rights/benefits as an employee?

The very first thing I know about my benefits is having sick leaves and vacation leaves and that unused vacation leaves are convertible to cash by the end of the year :D Then I also know that I have a medical insurance that I can use as long as the hospital patronizes it.
Thanks for the response on my discussion!

I think knowing how many sick leaves and vacation leaves you are allowed in a year is one of the most important things to know.
