Is there anybody can give me some suggestions about my career planning?
I graduated from an unfamous university three years ago, got a bachelor degree. Now I will leave my job position in less a month, but I have no incentive to find a new job cause I am planning to prepare for 2010 graduate candidate test. But this morning, when I chat with one of my best friends, I told him my thoughts, he said that it is not worth for me wasting several years in order to get an useless diploma, this world need real capacity, not a degree paper, then he exemplify his point with a true story which is a person who have no high education experience successing in their enterprise. Honestly speaking, my idea has been shaked a little right now. So if you are my position, how do you get your choice? Thanks for your comments~

Your friend is right. since you have attained certain level in your education that can give you a comfortable prospect in the job market, I think you should utilize your qualification to gain more working experience before thinking of embarking further in your quest for higher paper qualifications. You should not forget that the world is saturated with graduates who are jobless as there are more graduates then jobs available to accommodate these people. With the basic degree and working experience you are at an advantage over those fresh graduates. Scrolls of degrees does not guarantee a better life ahead. Many millionaires have not even step the doors of universities. You have to start from the bottom and learn your trade well before reaching the height of your success.
