What is the best way to remove the pot belly and to have a flat stomach? Which exercise is the best?

I don't know too. I've tried doing bicycle crunches 5-6 times week for more than two weeks and nothing happened. I only get flat stomach when my stomach is empty, every after exercising, o when I inhale but when I'm in a relaxed position, or when I have just eaten a snack, there's tiny bulge in the center of my stomach. It doesn't go away. My fiend told me it can be decreased by proper diet.

My friend who is a man and has really tight abs know how to diet properly but I cannot do the diet. It is really a strict diet.

Hi,
If you have a bit of a tummy that just means excess body fat, so you need lots of cardio to get your heart pumping, and some strength training exercises as opposed to just weight training, like push ups, squats, lunges which all work the abdominals as well as the obvious areas. Also make sure that you cut out your sugars, white food like white breads, white rice, potatoes, no frid foods or anything processed and concentrate on eating lots of fruits, vegetables, protein, and whole grains like brown rice, whole grain bread, kamut/spelt that sort of thing. An incline bench is excellent to do ab exercises as well.

I could feel the burn on my belly a bit from cycling uphill. I don't like sit ups because my neck will hurt quickly from doing them. But similar activities might be helpful.
I have the Ab Lounge and it doesn't do anything for me. It's fun, but I don't feel the burn at all and my abs are hidden under a giant layer of fat.

I don't think you can beat sit-ups for tightening up your tummy muscles. Weights would help as well, but you need to know what you're doing to a certain extent or to have guidance, because you can cause injury to yourself if you lift wrongly, or take weights that are too heavy in the beginning.

Believe me friend! Do Pilates is excellent to have good body figure. It won't hurt our muscle and we can have better balance in every parts of our body.
I have done Pilates for two months, the effect is very obvious.

you should try to go fro some tummy exercises in gym first of all if you have got loose fat in ur body then you should go for jogging because this is the only way you can remove excess fat from your body,,,and once the excess fat is removed from your body then you can go for exercises like ab crunches l and other exercises like that,,,,,,happy my lotting

Sprinting (running as fast as possible) is the best way. Play football for 1 hour atleast. Do excercises which involve working out your abdominal muscles. Excercises like sit ups, twisting your torso etc.
Try all these excercises on an empty stomach for better results
