Open source software have a major advantage that a majority of users contribute during their development. It is not a work of a few people who want to make software according to their needs. It is a net result of thousands of innovations made by us.
I certainly believe that soon open source software will take over paid software and it will be good for the software industry.

Of course of companies it is the best operating system because of its virus free environment. When it comes to personal computer experience, I feel we need to learn the open source operating system which is not necessary in windows. The user friendliness is more in microsoft's product and it is not in open source.

Yeah I support both of the two parties. I do request latest Ubuntu operating system in their website and wait for it to be receive by me. I use window operating system professional service pack 2 as main operating system in my computer. It is not original and it is torrent downloaded.
