Hello! Well it is not possible to exchange money from LR to PP. But there are many sources of doing it. There are some websites also. You will be charged a particular rate. Also there is a forum which specializes in this, so if you want to know about the forum - just give me your e-mail id and I will send you the invitation.

first of all ia welcome you as newbie over mylot. friend, i hope that you will enjoy the facilities over mylot.friend, there is no way to transfer money from LR to PP or vice versa.but friend one thing can possible. i need money in my libertyreserve account. i don't have that and you need money paypal account.so ,why not we can exchange the money with each other.by sending money from LR to my LR and i am send you my paypal to your paypal.

You will have to find a third party to do it and it is risky, you might get scammed.
