Can you sleep without a pillow?

I can sleep without a pillow. My head is usually positioned at the other end of my bed. Hahaha.

Well, I had never slept without a pillow even for one single day in my life.I had always used two pillows but recently,I went for my routine check up and my doctor had advised me to stop using pillow at all.He says, that my constant back pain is due to use of pillow.I find it very difficult to sleep without pillow but I am trying hard to get some sleep without using themHave a lovely day!

I can't sleep without a pillow. I like to sleep with two pillows. One under my head and the other under my foot. Feel comfortable this way.

i can;t sleep without pillow. i use two pillows when i sleep. i will put 2 thin pillows below my head . or sometimes i sleep ,on my husband's lap.

There is no way I can sleep without a pillow or two. I have about 4 pillows on my bed. Plus I sometimes need to put a pillow between my knees because I end up with such bad lower back pain. But that hasn't happen in a while.

Hello mymaria, I am used to sleeping on my pillow. I never tried a night without my pillow. But i find that one of my schoolmates always sleep without a pillow. Once i asked her why and whether it is comfortable, she smiled and told me that she never slept on a pillow and it is her special style. Perhaps you can try it. Have a nice day~
