We all have those days we go to bed late and have to get up early. We all have those days where we sleep in really late and get tons of sleep, but what is that perfect amount of sleep that you feel the best. I know this is probably different for everyone, but I think I found that right amount for me today at the moment. I slept about 9 hour and 45 minutes last night and woke up slowly feeling amazing. The only issue now is I feel I got such good sleep that I don't feel tired yet. The thing with sleeping in so long too even though it something is really nice is you actually feel tired, at less I do. I wake up not wanting to move. So I just wanted to find out from you all what is that perfect amount of sleep for you?

Thanks for the reply. 9 hours is a great amount. I know about that tossing and turning I gave up for awhile tonight. I just can't fall asleep. Sleep is a crazy thing. I wish i knew it's secrets so I can fall asleep perfectly every night and wake up every morning all rested.

Good day, mattsamuelw. Well, I sleep an average of ten hours a day including naps. I feel better when sleeping on this manner. I experienced yawning the whole day when I don't have enough sleep. This was my response, thanks for asking...=)

well i think that the best time to sleep every day is abt 8 hrs , well but if u dont sleep each day abt 8 hrs then the remaining hrs will be passed on to the next days sleep menu . so u got it , sleep is like the depth of a credit card , if u dont pay the installment now then it will pass on over the next installment, and then one day when the installment will be too much then u will be too tiered.
