Eat "FIVE" Times in a day - Doctors Adivise

When i went through one of the Television programme Doctor Advised us to take the Food five times in a day, ie.,
-- at 7 a.m. Full Meals (It should contain all types of items with energy)
-- at 10 a.m. Take some Liquid form of food like juice having good energy
-- at 1 p.m. Take some Tiffin items like Breakfast (as indians like Idly, Dosa, Chappathi with the good vegetables..
-- at 4 p.m. Take some snacks items having good energitic food, it may be in liquid form also.. it should give the good energy to our body.
-- at 7 p.m. Take the food (Dinner) as per your convenient with good energy food..
Don't take any food after 7 p.m. if you need to take anything you can take around 10 p.m. take a cup of milk..
What do you think about this, Will you agree this?? do you have any other alternate, or subsititute??

I heard of this way of eating from I was a small child. I think it works well while you're growing up. You are usually more physically active and your body is still developing. But once I became an adult, I saw no need for that "5 meals a day" rule. I just eat when I'm hungry. My lifestyle is very sedentary. I'm down to 2 meals a day and a snack. I just don't think you should eat when you're not hungry. If you are sitting most of the day, all that eating might cause you to gain weight.
