Time for yourself

In your busy life do you actually spend time for yourself. Everyday we have something or the other. Work, friends, family, housework, cooking, cleaning etc. Whenever you finish one work, the other is always waiting for you! It's hard for me to take time out for myself but I manage to do so. It gives me little peace if I spend sometime for myself as in to do whatever I like and in my style with no interference. Tell me about your life and whether you too spend time for yourself?

Sometimes i do, other times I choose not too. I consider the times I spend with my loved ones as a time given for myself, because with them, I feel happy, contented and at peace. I do not need to be alone to say that I have spent time for myself but I do admit that I sometimes long to be alone but that is very rare.
