Moving from California to Florence, Italy

Hey everyone! I'm new to myLot ~ but looking forward to checking it out... I currently live in Southern California and I'm hoping to live in Florence, Italy for 3-6 months. Does anyone have any first hand experience with getting a visa...under the table work...or resources to find a good apartment? I have been there several times and already know my way around and I'm also studying Italiano :) Look forward to meeting other people who love Italia!! ::or Italians who love California:: Ciao e a presto! kbella

First of all I wish you best of luck in your plans. I always find it interesting to travel around the world. I am sorry but I cannot help you with the visa from USA to Italy since I live in Europe too. However I can help you with your Italian if you like. Maybe we can start a discussion on mylot which helps language learning

Yes, you European citizens have it easy ;) Where in Europe do you live? You speak Italian as well? I think an Italian language discussion sounds great!
