Where Are Some Places You Would Like To Visit Some Day?

It's always been a personal dream of mine to be able to take road trips to places, such as going on a cross-country road trip. There are a few places that I would really love to visit here in the United States. A few are fairly famous places that would probably be understandable. There's one or two that I'm sure most people would look at me funny if I told them (even with an explanation they'd probably just look at me funnier lol).
I'd love to visit Washington D.C., the Grand Canyon, and Hollywood, CA. I'd even like to visit Portland, Oregon if I could since I'm a fan of geocaching and that's where the 'game' got started (I would love to be one of the people who can say they found the original cache in the entire world).
I'd also love to be able to shop at the Monroeville Mall in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. That's where the original Dawn of the Dead was filmed at. Even though it's been a long time and a few changes have unsurprisingly taken place, I would still love to shop there since I'm a big horror and zombie fan.
So anyway, enough of me for the moment. What about you all? Where would you love to travel? Why?

I loved visiting Central America and climbed the Mayan ruins there. Since visiting there I have begun learning Spanish. I would so love to be able to visit South America and to see Machu Picchu in Peru, the Inca Empire. I love seeing native wildlife and taking photos of the animals. Therefore a cruise around the Galapagos Islands would be a dream trip for me. I really like seeing historic architecture and so I would love it if I could visit Cartagena De Indies. I like to see beautiful view points so I would really like to go to Rio de Janeiro. I am keen on island hopping and snorkeling coral reefs so I would love to visit the Philippines. I hope to visit Madagascar to see the lemurs and go over to Mauritius to see the palm fringed beaches which I would love.

I'd like to travel around Europe. It's a dream. I don't have the means to do that yet.

That's quite a long list, but it's alright who knows someday you'll be able to visit it all of it. Having a goal is a great source of inspiration.
Ask for me, I love history and there's a lot of historical places across the globe. Someday I want to be able to visit the Seven Wonders of the Ancient Worlds. Though some of it has only debris of remains still I'd like to have a glimpse of it's pass. Manchu Picchu, Nazca lines, Easter Island, Ziggurats and many more.
Paris should definitely be on my list. I'd love to see the lights of the Eiffel Tower and to be able to ride on a Gondola.
That's a lot of places to go to. But for me I should be content of the pictures from the magazines and books, because even in pictures they look so real and inviting.
