I had a pic of a Gadsden Flag stored in my account in a certain large photosharing site whose name ends in bucket.
They deleted it saying that it violated their TOS.
I have now deleted my account (was a pro member) and am letting people know that this site is straight bs.

I have a picture on the site of me flipping the bird. Guess that isn't against the TOS.
Was it the picture itself or a copyright violation? Certainly doesn't make sense it isn't allowed.

It is a historical US flag. To my knowledge, there is no more copyright violation than there is with a pic of the actual US flag.

That's crazy! Don't Tread On Me isn't considered offensive or bigoted...unless you're not an American. Hmmmmm....
