I think children can make a home completed. When you look at your children, then you will know that they are another you with your spouse. When your children behave good and smile to you, you will be happy and nothing can replace to it. Of course there are also some disadvantages of having children. You have to be responsible no matter what. And you will lose many of your spare time and sometimes you have to make some sacrifice to your career. But it is still worth. I love China

There are a couple of disadvantages of having children. I may not have any kids yet but my parents could testify that having kids entails a lot of hardships, efforts, not to mention the financial problems that the couple might encounter. The noise created by the children when their needs are not met is one of the common problems of having kids. The couple may don't have enough time to rest or no time for themeselves. On the other hand, having kids also have some positive effects on some couples. It's never boring to have them around, and the relationship between the couple gets stronger.

Children are always been a blessing to every family. Yeah, it's true there are many dis-advantages but it's normal. You just can't bring a baby in this world and ignore it afterward. Raising a baby is a heavy responsibility but a rewarding one in the long run.

Overall, if children is good then there is advantage otherwise if children is naughty then facing day to day activity of children is very difficult in itself.

Yes, you're right Overall, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. But to the mother, there are a lot of pain that they have to go through. Most of the time this is unnoticed.

I believe that there are no real disadvantages to having children. My husband and I have none of our own yet, but I eargerly await the day that we do start having children. Yes, it can be expensive, but I believe it will be well worth it. I have 2 conditions that make it very hard for me to have children, which makes me all the more eager and protective of children. I spoil my nieces and nephews to no end. I think some parents don't deserve to have children the way they treat them. I know that some people are just not cut out to be parents, they don't want kids, or don't have the temperament and I just can't understand that. I don't mean to offend anyone, but I think life is precious, and all those lucky people who have children, or are pregnant, should really thank God for that blessing. When you get down about it, think of all those couples out there who can't have children, or have to go through lots of fertility sessions (like myself) to have children. Think how lucky you are.

I suppose you are right,and I guess it would be a waste of time putting a response here since you said it all. I think the main advantage besides that loving children, is that when one has children, one matures. If you see the differences between women who do not have their own birth children, compared even with those who adopt, there is a difference the one who have their own birth children are more confident and have an earlier assurance then those who have adopted. The latter's self=confidence is clouded by not having gone through the birth pain. Oh could you next time make it so that you can start a subject but add a question for us to answer about it?

I think there are no disadvantages for having a child.., all we got if we had a children are blessed, our life will be complete if our marriage having a child, they're make us more wise, and god bring children to us is for good and we have to take care of them.

well, as a mother one of the disadvantage of having a children is that you have a more big responsibilities in life. Especially, in inculcating to them the good values. You should play a good role model to your children. But the great thing of having children is a blessing in the family. Children are Angels.

I agree with you..there are advantages and disadvantages with everything in life but when it comes to our children we hope all will be well. My daughter just turned 4 and seeing the world through her eyes has helped me to discover a new perspective on life. She is so happy! she sings or hums when doing anything and she loves learning. My hope is that she keeps this spirit about her. I'm simply dread the teen years when, from what people I know tell me, children withdraw or rebel...worrying about this and that, and of course the expenses too - will I be able to afford to send her to college, more than that will she want to go? So many issues to deal with but for I now I'm enjoying the moment with her and trying my best to make sure she becomes a productive member of society with flair, a sense of individuality that can be thwarted...we shall see but I remain optimistic.

althought having a baby is trouble,you can see the hope from them when you are in hard.the baby mean future ,you know.you spend all your time in rearing it and it can bring happness and surprizing for parent so you will not feel lonely and disappoint in the life.

Things always has two sides. A new born not only bring happiness to a family.Before we have a new born,we need to prepare a lot that means you need to spend a lot of money,which will increase day by day.And at the same time we lost more free time,since the new born need more attention.At the very beginning ,the new born could affect the relationship among the family memembers.Because we care about the new born more. But for me i treat all of the above as good side,since we could learn from all the bad sides,then it turn to good. Therefore ,has a baby and then you understand everything.

I would like to say when having children there are advantage and disadvanges.... The advantage of having kids, is that they will bring some meaning to our life. We are spending with them, seeing them smile when they are happy, teaching them what are right. But still having some disadvantages, such as we can't do things we used to do, we should get kids to ready and worry about a babysitter. Consdering about having child, I have lots of dreams. I'm a young girl only 21, two years ago I'd never dreamed that someday I may would love to have children.But now since I've met the boy I loved and undoubtedly I am going to love him within the rest of my life, and together with him, we always dreamed of and talked about having children, That kind of imagination is sweet, and holds good effects to our love and impetus to our effort to build and live a happy life. About the advantages and disadvantages, I agree with that the advantages overweight the bad, child is the sweet result of the love of humankind, and it agrees with the law of nature. Having children brings both joy and pain to parents especially to the mothers. I haven't experienced it but I've seen a lot of parents who feels this way. Every parents' dreams is to have children to complete their family but some doubted because of the responsibility as a parent. I personally dream of having my own kids someday but I often think of the responsibilities ahead like raising them with proper care and giving them the things they need. With this global crisis, I think its hard to have children even if I want to.
