The Laughing Jesus

Have you met Him as a laughing God in the bible? I usually do, whenever I'm reading it, there's this nature of the joyful God so evident in scriptures. I've come across him jumping, laughing, and giving some witty retorts for those who failed to understand. I don't know, try digging them today, you'll find yourself laughing too!

Laughing and celebrating too.
What's that verse about - "He rejoices over you with singing"....and... "He fills my mouth with laughter." Those two I have memorized (minus the references)because I loved them so much!
That is one of the characterisitics of God that I love.
Glad you brought that up!
By the way, "witty responses"? Hmm..that's a very interesting point of view!
I'll definitely try to spot some instances.

Yes. God is the most emotional being on the universe and man can also feel by intimate to Him.

Once you have peace, you will be happy and when you are happy then you will be laughing. Jesus has show the world that he had peace and he was a happy person. His parables can sometimes come across of being one with few humor but in itself they are reality and life teaching examples. I am glad that you have found him to be a laughing God.
