do you do any exercise when you play computer?

i seldom do this. but i will do if i play tired or play for
a long time.
that will be fine for my health. so i suggest you who stay the computer always. can have a exercise to enhance your health. bye.

I never do this. I can not concetrated of wahat i am going to write if i do exercise while i am online. After i have finished playing computer, i will just do some movement to get my body feel relax. Just that.

well i also exercise as well as site on computer , well i take breaks after 1 hr so that i don't spoil my eyes in front of the computer , then i come to work again . well i work for 3 hrs in noon in my computer and then at 6:00 i go for my regular exercise and then i come at 8:00 isn't it great to have both .
