Here is a list of 10 things i have found help when your really angry
1.Head banging to an slipknot song
2.listen to soft music like chevell or stonesour
3.split wood
4.beating down on a stuffed animal
5.Pray
6.smoke a cig
7.write out your anger on a peice of papper
8.chew on a toothpick
9.throw a couple rocks at a tree
10.pull on your peircing(if you have one)

These are all interesting things to do when a person gets angry. All I do when I get angry is listen to my soft music and my anger disappears.
