How do you do mylotting when you are busy?

Annierose- I find that I run most efficiently on a schedule, so that's what I've created for Mylot lol. It works for the most part, unless my husband is using the laptop which has the email on it, then I'm thrown off just a tad. I generally get up and get breakfast going, etc then check my emails. That's when I do my responses to people who have responded to threads I've either started or participated in. I also do all my other emailings at that time. The rest of the day is spent doing my normal mommy duties/wife duties, and well student duties as I'm finishing up my master thesis classes. Sometimes I will just leave the pc up and going, working every now and then but most days do not allow me that luxary. At night after everyone is down and asleep I'll do my postings to new threads, etc. I run my own forum for our church, and participate in a few others so I try to set posting goals in each one as to how many posts I'll make, etc. Namaste-Anora

The only time I can not mylot is when My computer is broken, when I'm in the hospital & when I'm not home. So basically I can Mylot almost anytime. But I honestly don't like to MyLot when I'm feeling sick ,feel down or when I have jewelry orders to fill. I'm pretty busy a lot but I try to take time to visit mylot daily- If nobody hears from me then anything above that I mentioned is going on in my life.

I agree with you that Mylotting is really addictive. When I first joined myLot I was still in college so it was a pretty hectic schedule for me, what I did was I allotted a few minutes to an hour or so straight of doing myLot every chance I get. On weekends, I stay longer especially when I'm just at home and there are no papers or projects due for the week. When I graduated last year, I stayed almost the whole day here. LOL. Seriously. I was so addicted that I get backaches and eye strains from being online for so long. But all that stopped when I got my 3rd or 4th payout mid last year. I was then busy trying out other online opportunities that I only get to login here once or twice a month but never really participate as much. I would agree with you again that starting a discussion when you are time constraint is a much better idea than trying to respond a one-liner because you are busy.

I go through mylot spells. There will be weeks I do it for hours a day...usually while I'm working. I work at home on the phone, so it's easy for me to type between calls, and even sometimes during them. Ha ha. Then there are other times that I go weeks without even looking at mylot. I'm so pathetic, I had payout for May, but it was my first one and I didn't put in my payment information, so now I have to wait until May to get it. Oh well...when I do get the money, there will just be that much more of it, right? Right now I'm on a mylot frenzy. It will probably last for a week or so and then I'll go a while without it again. I guess I mylot in cycles. ha ha.

I am so busy these days. Someone is transferring her work to me. So I have to work with the team to play the new role. It is really time-consuming. I nearly have no time to surf online in working days. So I have no time to visit mylot. Today is saturday and I finally get some time. Then the first thing I do is sign into mylot to read posts. Mylot really means a lot to me.

Haha,it is very interesting to see that mylot is a hobby to you,i guess you enjoy myLot very much.If i am busy with my school work and is tired after that,i guess i will be too sleepy to be on myLot to respond discussion.But when there's a break or what between doing my school work,i will still come here to respond to some discussion.But i spend most of my time in myLot during weekends because i will have a lot of time online.

MyLot is a great site to be in. I should know since I've been here almost two years now. I used to be very regular, but in recent months, there are more things that occupy my limited time that I don't come here so regularly as before. Most days I still log in, but my time here varies from day to day. My main aim is not to make money here, so in a sense, I can choose the level of my participation according to how much time I can spare. I hope though that I can at least log in once a day and do a couple of postings, and participate more if I can afford the time.

I usually just not worry about it if I'm going to be that busy. On days I'm not busy I try to make as much as possible. Sometimes mylot can get boring and the discussions that I like to respond are few and far between on those days. Days like that I Respond to what I can and then go about doing other things.

Hi, annierose! For me, just responding to many discussions is better than me creating one. When I start a discussion, I have to be prepared to the many replies. From that I will have to answer them all, which can be very hard because I am busy. Being that I have a Wifi connection gets real hard for me. Sometimes, I can't be here at myLot like I would want to. I lose a lot of earnings for this. That is why I can't wait until I move out of this motel so that I can post more better than I am doing now. I am awaiting my Roadrunner connection. I miss it! But, I love being here at myLot. One thing that I do is take care of home before I come here to devote time here, And I am mostly on it when my kids are asleep and when my son is in school. I am here when I can get a decent connection. Cheers!

what i do is limit myself to three posts per day and then i have to move on. i have so many other things i have to attend to so i cannot spend alot of time here. i do enjoy the few discussions i respond to and sometimes i start one here and there but i never really get very many responses so i prefer to do the responding myself.

when I am too busy to have time to surf internet, I miss mylot a lot. It is a strange feeling to be here.But it the end, we'll spare a little time to mylot.

Whem i'm busy i don't have time to mylotting, my lot is a good web but i have a more think to do in the day , mylot is a hobbie not a work. i think

hoho, i just the right man, and i am really addicting, i will open mylot as long as i open my computer, earning money is not important, from it i learn alot of things. i will do this when i have leisure time, if i have a busy schedule, i will do it first. have a wonderful day to all!

i have just started,but i have been playing bingo on the pc as well as doing emails and mylot.i do also have 6 kids that keep me busy as well.i will try doing everything after all women are muliti tasked.lol.

i will do other things on the computer and hop back and forth from mylot to other sites. do a little in other places then hop back over. post something and then go to some other site makes it more fun with my time on the computer to post a little and then go somewhere else. i will start a discussion go do something else for a while then come back and see if i got any responses. i don't normally get a lot of responses for my discussions cause i never know what to make a discussion about.

The same as ,but I have enough time to spend on mylot . I have only half an hour to do on my lot out of working everyday . I hope I can more time to reading others response and discussion . So I feel regretted very much . I would like to share everything with others . Thank myot for so many things that I can get more chances to express myself totally .

I just joined mylot, so I understand the not always having time to participate as much as we would like, but I do enjoy the little bit of time I do get to participate. I would like to start my own discussions on here, but so far have been trying to make time to respond to the ones already posted. I mylot, in between whatever free time I have at home or at work. Sometimes during my time off, I get up in the middle of the nite and mylot. Whatever works....

I'm a newcomer on mylot but i agree with you about mylot addicting. When i'm busy and can't use my computer for mylotting, i eventually using my mobile phone and the mobile browser for login to my mylot. With this method, i can keep mylotting while having my lunch or while on the go. Maybe there's also many people do the same thing with me out there.
