Anyone here from Adverbux? no ads today ...do you think its turning into a scam?

If anyone is a memeber of Adverbux they would be knowing what iam talking about. Adverbux promises "never less than 10 view ads", but recently the amount of ads have reduced from 10 to 6-7 to 3-4 and NONE today. They have'nt even really explained what going on. Last month they also increased the cashout from $10 to $20. Do you think these are bad signs? is it turning into a scam site? anyone been payed recently? thanks in advance for ur response
