Yeah they are. They can corrode the lining of the stomach, besides causing many other health hazards.

They are said to contain a lot of artificial thing like color,lot's of sugar,among others.But the basic soda which you get doesn't cause any problems.it's only stuff like colas,which are harmful

Areated drinks are acidic in nature. They have the capacity to destroy the enamel of the tooth. We see a lot of youngsters having extensive decay caused by excessive consumption of areated drinks.
