Hi,mylotters!
As I can remember,my first dream was to become a scientist which was very common among children. At that point of time,I was really naive I think,as I only wanted to become a scientist even I didn't know anything about scientists.Silly, right? When I knew BillGates for the first time,my dream changed,I wanted to be a bussinessman! My dreams have changed many times, because something I am not sure. And now,I just want to be an expert in IT field. One of my teacher once told me that people's dreams usually become smaller and smaller as they are growing up and give in to hard life.I think it makes sense.Do you still remember your dreams when you are a child? What is the reason that you changed your dream? If anyone here on mylot still keeps his dream formed when he was a child,I must show my respect to him!

Hello hxstar!!!
What is your aim in life?
Well this was the question that was too much frequently asked in the exams or by teacher during small grades. At that time, who know what actually the life and aim is. So as We used to read a lot of sentences like, he is a doctor, he is a businessman, ... is a driver and so on. Atleast I knew that they are certain occupation. At that time, I had fixed a reply for this question and the answer was always , "My aim in life is to be a business man." hehe...May be that was just for the question answers....
Also it changed many times...Then when I came in grade 9, 10 I found myself better in computer field. And since that I have thought my aim in life as a computer engineer. That's what I have to be as I am I BE computer student now and only few years ahead of being a computer engineer....
Apart from this, being a singer is my dream...If I get chance I will give some time to this field for sure....
Happy mylotting...

hi dreamers,i remember my each and every dream of childhood but you are right everyone around me is now trying to block my mind to a particular level when i was child my parents bought many aeroplane toys, cars for me and due to that toys i started dreaming so high but as soon as i am growing the same parents who provided me that dreams are now telling that there is difference between dreaming and real life we can't get plane, expensive cars in reality .but you know my mind is totally visionary about my dreams and no one can stop to achieve my childhood dreams .i repeats daily morning ten times my dreams so that i will always remmember that i can do it.TODAY I daily says that I CAN DO IT , I CAN DO IT, I CAN DO IT, BUT one day i will definitely say that YES, I HAVE DONE IT,I HAVE DONE IT,I HAVE DONE IT

I think when I was little, my dream was quite simple:) I just wanted to be a sales in the toy department or a staff worked in the zoo. I like playing toys. I also like taking care of animals. So these would be nice jobs for me. Now my work has nothing to do with my dreams. Perhaps I am practical when I grow up.
I love China

Hi there!
When I was a child I kept playing moms and dads. You know, mimicking we're a family with my playmates and I often play as the mother. As I grew up I always imagine myself having a family of my own, a loving husband and good children with a very nice house and wealthy hehe. I guess to have a family was my dream when I was a child and it grew up with me.
But as I grew older and mature, the dream changed and I came to realize that I can't have the family I was dreaming for. Up to now at the age of 35 I am single. With 4 relationships, all a failure I stopped thinking about marriage. But the dream of becoming wealthy is still there.
Now I'm only dreaming of having a business of my own, a house and good fortune. That's all I am aiming for right now. I know it's going to be hard for me cause I've lost my job and our family business has finally stopped operating. But I know the earth is round. I may be under right now and sooner I will be on the top, again.
I think dreams changes as people grew older. People experiences things, failures, hardships and success and those can affect our dreams. Sometimes we intend to change it cause situations calls for it. But the good thing is, we never stopped dreaming to reach something in our lives.
Ciao!

Hi,iskayz!
What you have said is right. We do never stop dreaming to reach something in our lives.Well, your dream is actually a common one because everyone wants to have a good family. But I think no one dare say that he has realized his dream to have a good family.Don't give up,everything will become better and one day your dream will come true.Never loss your hop.
Thanks for responding.

When I was about 5 or 6 years old, I wanted to be a lawyer. However, as I grew a little bit older, I decided that I wanted to be a doctor and help to save the lives of other people. In college, I decided that I wanted to work in a bank and to help with accounting. I ultimately did not keep my dream that I had as a child but I think that I have always known what I wanted and worked hard to get it.

Yes,i can recollect some of my childhood dreams.I usually dreams playing with friends and neighbors, temples etc.I believe in dreams and lots of my dreams came true.I almost always i remember my dreams.some dreams are wonderful but when is the best moment my mother or father wake up me,then i cant finish my dream. But proper interpretation of dreams is much more complex for majority. Interpretation of dreams is one of the most difficult thing and rather it have it roots in occult traditions and human collective unconsciousness .I believe what I like of my dreams and I always try to forget my bad ones.

well for my case it is very horrible , because of the things i remember from my child hood , actually i can remember every thing that i ever saw in my life . the only thing i need is some reference and then i see a video of wht i saw in past , exact locations , exact word every thing, even the time .also i remember my dreams, but my dreams haven't changed a lot from my basic dream that i used to think in my childhood. recently i tug all those dreams together and i came to knew what is my real aim in this world , wht im i here to do here . now i may sound crazy , but every thing that i ever thought is somewhere or related to my dreams . this also gives me great determination to reach my goal.
