Hi, i would really like to know more on the site you have mentioned. What is it that we need to do on it? i have seen many illegal sites who just make us do some work, but never pay. so am really hesitant to join. but i need to know if there are some legitimate sites available to make some extra money.

No minimum amount required before your first cashout. It then increases $3 per cashout, after first cashout.
