Eat Daily Two Fruit Is Secret Of Good Health

If you take two fruit daily, then you will automatically more then healthy in long terms. Fruits gives us lots of carbohydrate, vitamins, water and soluble water as well. By eating differen fruits colors of our skins automatically glown up. Take care of colors of fruits eat fruits of different colours. Don't stick to only one color of food. Different color of fruit contains different nutritious material. All are good for your health. Fruits required for maintaing good digesting system. Food also required for grown up body and food also require for maintaining balance in our diet. Eating good amount of fruits daily is secrets of good health. Eat at least two fruit daily to remain healthy everyday. It is must for everybody. If you know ann other advantages related to fruit then share here.

I think you got it all covered I eat a lot of fruit but don't eat fruit twice a day all the time some time I do.I like canned fruit with cottage cheese.Fruit has Fiber that might be same as a good digest system. Thank you and have a good night.

absolutely, fruits are necessary for every human. the main advantage of fruits are they have ample water content in it which is one of the basic needs of human body. but there are fruits like ripe mango and jackfruit which are rich in fat, so it is better to avoid them at large quantity. the best fruit would be watermelon which is very low in fat content and 90% is water. so its good to have watermelon daily to reduce your cholesterol also.

Only fruits can give you soluble water which is easily taken up by your different body parts. It can increase glow to your body.

I really wish fruits in fruit stands could be affordable. Sometimes, they are expensive. I love fruits and I do wish I could eat them more often.

I do think you are right ,fruits are necessary for our body and have a lot of benefits for us ! So I think you suggestion that eat least two fruit daily are very good and we'd better do as it !
