IE is just a piece of software that we rarely use. It would be very good if windows included Firefox as the default web browser like in most Linux distributions Or at least it can remove IE from windows . Though I understand that it will not be possible because Microsoft still earns a lot from the advertising it does in IE. What do you think?

to be honest I think its like buying a ford from a renault dealer lol,
microsoft wont stop supplying IE in windows unless its going to make money from firefox,
and to be honest IE is good for some kind of browsing tho I do prefer firefox but thats personal choice.
Also not everybody knows there are alternatives to IE so microsoft while they are still making money will supply microsoft designed browsers.

Ya this is the key to success of Microsoft IE. Many of the users(Mostly from the US) are not even aware of the alternatives. And thus they are still shipping IE with their OS.
But with the open source industry coming up, probably soon in 5-10 years maybe Microsoft money making policies may become extinct.
Thanks for the response.

firefox is an open source software that can be used by anyone and he can also distribute, modify it without any law. Red hat , Ubuntu and many other OS include firefox as a web-browser.
It depends from person to person towards their liking of web browsers.
Thanks for your comment.

Maybe they should stop including IE on the future windows version, just an opinion though.

I don't think Microsoft should stop including Internet Explorer with their computers. Maybe not everyone does, but I still use Internet Explorer. As a matter of fact, it's the only browser that I use at all.

Yeah, I really think that Microsoft should exclude their stupid browser from their operating system..in my case I don't know why but when I use IE it bloody freezes in the middle of everything !
I don't think Microsoft will stop including IE..they won't listen to people and mess up eventually !:p lol

I still use IE. It is simple for me. I have had a look at other browsers and I do find them a bit confusing. May be it is just that I am too use to IE.

I think they should include both browsers. I do use IE for some things. I use FireFox most of the time.
