be aware that all psp 2000 to psp 2006 in the market are running in official firmware 4.01++ are currently unpandorable. it means that it can only play UMD games...
I am not so sure about that since the only PSP version that I have heard that has not yet been hacked up to now is the PSP 3000. PSP 2000 and PSP 1000 can be hacked.
