ofcourse the key thingy is, by far, "legitimate" !
i.e. lets discuss the best and most legitimate
ways to send money with PayPal but without
a credit card and without being verified.
is it possible ? if so, then, HOW ?
maybe whoever has the best and most reasonable and
most logical solution should earn bonu$ stuff
for their "help" which has true "value" !?
