Hello everybody, Next week it's our graduation from university studies, we're getting our degree in administration. It's going to be a rather small event, just receive our diplomas, some words from the school authorities, but my concer right now is that I'm starting to get a little stage fright since I was choosen to give a speech on behalf of the class. I've done it before, even did some improvisation at one point in some social event, I'm not afraid to speak in public, but I think the relevance for me in this case is that myself along with my school buddies are going to be the center of attention and I'm maybe just getting a little shaky on screwing something up. I elaborated my speech already, everything is practically ready to go, but I think I'm going to need either some good stress relief medication or apply some of the good advice from some myloters here.

the best way for performiong in public is to be yourself, think that u r all alone and no one is sitting in front of u, just be relaxed and before that final day, practise in front of mirror, that makes u feel confident....

Hi eshaan, Nice to hear from you. What you're saying sounds really practical, I've tried to talk out loud to myself but finish reading very quietly. I'll do that more often from now to the event date, which is this friday. I appreciate that a lot eshaan, thank you.
