I love the chat items of North India.Some of my favourites are Bhel puri,Dahi papdi,etc.All those North Indian food lovers can let me know if there are someother chats different from the normal ones available.Those who know to do these chat items.Please let us know the recipe,the secret behind the chat items:)

Well I too love Chat items. Dahi Papdi is my favourite, closely followed by Bhel puri. Well you can try out mixed chat and masala puri. Bread channa, samosa chenna are a few channa variants. For recipies you can try googling or wait for sometime. I am planning to start a blog for Indian Veg cusine!
