Do you order pizza from pizza places that deliver?

There are a few pizza places I trust, well to tell you the truth even restaurants. Hygiene is very important when it comes to food but I don't think it has to do with deliveries. It's definitely much better if you see the food being prepared but if you go to a restaurant and they don't have an open kitchen, it may happen there too. Yes I think that there are nasty individuals, thinking that these things are funny. Actually if you look around on youtube, I have seen even people peeing in the soup, while it was being cooked and similar disgusting things. Thankfully, the restaurant had cameras in the kitchen and kicked out the culprits!!

i go to the pizza shops and eat. here in our place ,they will do neatly,i have seen once ,in going to their kitchen.

I usually don't order deliver. Whenever I eat pizza, I usually either go pick it up myself or am eating it within the place.

I don't think people should go through life wondering what other people have done to your food. I for one won't send food back in a restaurant though.

yes you are right but this is not the solution because if we start thinking like that then pizza is another thing we even can't eat anything,if we can't believe on pizza cook then how we can believe on packaged materials like milk,noodles, adinner outside the home on your service table from the kitchen of food restaurant,.it happens anywhere but only the difference is that your wife saw the bad video about pizza,if in future your wife saw anothe video about some other eatable then what do you do.so, don't worry ,go for brands because everything in life is depend on trust.just think upon yourself are you printing money in your home...ofcourse not we are in terchanging our services and exchanging money.so in that case even someone is trusting on you.

yes ,i agree with my wife ,i also order pizza over the phone.i can have sometime to do other things .

It is not just pizza places. I do order pizza once in a while, but most of the time, we eat food from home.

We have done that a few times ordered pizza and do not think that some stupid jerks would keep us from ordering. Maybe we would order pizza from another delivery chain, and maybe avoid that city or that particular branch, but why condemn the pizza delivery industry for a couple of fools. Besides if one cannot get to a restaurant and cannot go and see the pizza being made, would not cutting out pizza delivery make it hard for those people? So we would order pizza over the phone. My husband is a semi invalid and cannot get out and we have very good delivery places here in Winnipeg.

Very rarely. Usually we either buy frozen and add toppings or I make them homemade. Order out is so expensive and then you have to worry about the the cleanliness of those that made it. [b]~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS**[/b]

I have in the past but I haven't for many years now. I just make my own pizza now. I buy the packages of dough, comes with two pizza doughs, and add my own stuff on it. Also with the dough paokage comes some pizza sauce but for me it is never enough so I buy a jar of pizza sauce so I have enough. The jar usually lasts me about 4 pizzas so it isn't too bad. Then I add my own meats and vegetables and cheese and kit only takes about 15 to 20 minutes to cook. It is just as fast as ordering it and just as easy and a lot cheaper. Hi, albert2412! Yes, I have ordered pizza on the phone many of times. And my husband has picked up pizza that was already made. It took him just 3 minutes to pick up the pizza. I do agree with you, I would want to see how my pizza is made. But, wouldn't that be hard for me to? I mean, do they make pizza in the back of the pizza place? Can we really see up front how they make pizzas? I do like to watch how people prepare my food. That is why I prefer them to wear gloves. And I do like to watch the people make my salads too. I want to see how they do it. I don't really like leaving my food alone with someone. That is why I am going to start staying around to see how they are preparing my food. There is no telling how all of our foods are prepared. This is something to really think about when ordering any type of fast food! Great Discussion! I am gald that you brought this topic up! Dominoes both delivers and has pick up. We always go order and wait, if we get from them. I think that was only one place and they got fired. The young people I know in the town where I buy mine like their jobs too much, I think. You can watch them make the pizzas there, too, as well as getting the dough from the refrigerator. Pizza Hut is the same way.

i only ored from pizza places which are actually popular...like pizza hut ....while i dont trust those pizza places which is not so popular and their just local

even tho i do order pizzas from places, i do so with "busy" places like pizza hut where they keep making and delivring pizzas almost all day, i do this so that i can know the working ppl their don't have free time to mess around, they just to their jobs other then that i make my own pizzas which are much better if you ask my friends:D

When my husband and I order restaurant food to eat at home, we always order it to be delivered, because neither one of us has a drivers licence, and so we don't own a car. We are both legally blind, so it would be absolutely impossible for us to get a drivers licence. Its similar to have it delivered.

I dont know about that but yes we order from Pizza place all the time over the phone.

I saw the same video that you saw yesterday and it was really disturbing and I am glad that they fired them. Why would they put it up on youtube anything? Now everyone will recognize them and no one will hire them in this economy. Anyway I don't order pizza over the phone. I usually go the the pizza store and order my slice there. But for a bigger party than I think I will need to order over the phone.
