Hi everyone this is my grandma recipe she is italian and she taugth me how to do it ingredients -dough: 2 cups flour, 2 tsp olive oil, 3tsp baker's yeast, 1tbs butter, 1/2-1 cup of milk, black peper salt a pinch of sugar. -suace: 2 big tomatoes, 4 gloves of garlic, butter, salt pepper (you can use any pizza suace you like instead of making this) now i only use cheese and mushrooms but you can add whatever you whant this dough will hold pretty much everything preparation -dough: first take a medium bowl and add all dry ingredients and mix, add the butter and the oil, know take the milk and put it an the microwave oven for like 45 seconds you need it warm not hot now add little by little the warm milk to the dry ingredients while mixing(use your hands) , i can't tell you how much milk you'll need because depeant on many factors but and easy way to know is when you press down the dough in the center with one finger when you release the finger the dough come back up. when this happens take the the pizza pan put some oil on it and cover all the pan now put the dough on the pizza pan extend the dough ( with your hands), put the pan inside the oven or somewhere warm to grow.leave it for 45 to 60 minutes -sauce: cut the tomatoes in chuns take the seeds out , mince the garlic, on a sauce pan add the butter and the garlic, when the garlic turns golden add the tomatoes cook in medium for 5 minutes, the add the mix in a blender watch out its hot so put the lid over but don't close it or better yet wait till is warm. when the dough was grown enough for your likes, preheat the oven to 400 or 500, take the sauce pour it in the dough and spread it add the cheese and all the things you want over everything i like to add oregano powder a little salt and pepper. when the oven cycle its ready bake it for 10 to 20 minutes , will be ready when the lift the dough a little and has turn golden
